BROOKE TAYLOR is a Melbourne-based singer, songwriter and guitarist. Her music style encompasses folk, rock and country elements. Her collaborative compadres; “The Poison spitting Gin Queens” generate a mesmerizing energy when they dive into a song together.
The same can be said for Melbourne band; DALICADOS – Six friends with a distinctive Australian music pedigree (The Chosen Few, Hunters & Collectors, I Spit On Your Gravy, Drivers Eyes, H.A.N.D, In Vivo, Fiona & Her Holy Men, Epic Brass, UNAustralians, Tijuana Souvenirs) banded together in 2017 with roots extending from St Kilda, around the world and back home. Dalicados formed to provide music therapy and support to each other during a close friend’s terminal illness.
The power of music to create a healing space & comfort during trauma is sacred. MEMO Mondays Live Streams is delighted to bring this “Double Delight” into your space during Melbourne’s lockdown.
